For jewelry makers & artists

Jewelry and art inventory app for craft shows and art fairs

Every piece, print, and commission in one place.

Higher prices, fewer sales, lots of one-of-a-kind work — and commissions that start with a conversation at the booth. TentTally keeps track of all of it from your phone.

Built for makers and artists

  • Prints in every size

Sell one design as a 5x7, an 8x10, an 11x14, and framed. Each format keeps its own price, stock, and margin; Product Groups show them as one tile at checkout.

  • Commissions and custom orders

Take the order at the booth: customer, description, deposit, and due date, all in one place. Your dashboard shows what's due this week.

  • Your margin on every piece

Price silver, stones, frames, or printing once as materials and add them to each piece — or enter a cost directly — and see your margin on every piece.

  • One-of-a-kind pieces

Log a one-of-a-kind piece as a batch of one, and the sale takes it to zero. Then archive it: it leaves your catalog, and its sale stays in your reports.

Example: one design, three formats

Your "Aspen Trail" print sells as a 5x7, an 8x10, and an 11x14. Each format has its own price and cost, so you can see which size actually earns the most per sale — not just which sells the most.

5x7 — $12, costs $2.10
$9.90 profit
8x10 — $20, costs $3.50
$16.50 profit
11x14 — $35, costs $6.00
$29.00 profit

Questions

Can customers pay by card?
Yes. Take cards on whatever reader you already use and record them as card sales, or use Charge with Square to hand the total to the Square app. Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, cash, and checks are recorded too.
Can someone help at a busy show without seeing what I paid for materials?
Yes — invite them as a Cashier. They can ring up sales, but costs, margins, and reports stay with you.
I'm doing two shows on the same weekend. Can I keep them separate?
Yes. Each show is its own market day, so sales, tax, and reports stay separate for each, while your stock stays one shared count across both.
