Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using TentTally ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TentTally is a software-as-a-service application that helps farmers market vendors manage products, record sales, track custom orders, and generate reports. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscription and Billing

TentTally is offered on a paid subscription basis after a free trial period. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. All payments are processed by Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission

6. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into TentTally. We will not access your business data except to provide the Service, troubleshoot issues at your request, or as required by law. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

7. Availability and Uptime

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily makes the Service unavailable and will provide advance notice when possible.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or that any errors will be corrected.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TentTally shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue or data.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting us to delete your data.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes are in effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.
